Hon'ble Chairperson of the National Commission for Women, Shri Kamal Kumari Parajuli, on behalf of the National Commission for Women, presented the "Annual Report of the National Commission for Women for the Fiscal Year 2077/78" in accordance with Article 294 of the Constitution of Nepal. A study on the incident of 17-year-old Bhagirathi Bhatt, a class 12 student in Khochalek, who went missing on January 7, 2077 BS and was found dead in Lovelek Community Forest at around 4:30 pm the next day.

A request has been made to bring the culprits of the incident of Dogadakedar of Baitadi under the purview of law and conduct an impartial and effective investigation. Bhagirathi Bhatt, a 17-year-old girl studying in class 12 in Khochalek, went missing on January 7, 2077 at around 4:30 pm in Lovelek Community Forest.
