Information regarding listing of gender experts and organizations working in the field of gender
The National Commission for Women, a constitutional body that has been playing a leading role in the protection and promotion of women's rights, gender equality, women's empowerment and control of gender-based violence, has sought gender support from the Commission to seek necessary advice, suggestions and support in its policies, strategies, plans and annual programs. A roster of experts and organizations working in the field of gender issues is being prepared for the purpose of getting support as a resource person in various programs on equality, women's rights and women's empowerment and to get necessary services including expert services, counseling services in study, research and other programs conducted by the commission. Is In this regard, competent / expert persons and organizations who are interested in being listed in the roster among the persons and organizations with qualifications and work experience mentioned in the details should submit their formal application online to be listed in this Commission within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this information. Minimum educational qualifications and work experience required for gender experts
At least a master's degree in humanities, management, law, science or sociology, with expertise in the field of women's rights, human rights and gender issues.
At least 5 years work experience on gender issues.
Study, research and publish research works / articles on gender equality, women's human rights, women's empowerment ¸ gender mainstreaming, control of gender-based violence,
Worked in the field of women's rights, training on training, law making, reform and modification.
Worked as a resource person, expert or consultant in national / international forums on gender issues.
Necessary qualifications and experience of organizations working in the field of gender
At least 5 years of work experience in the field of gender equality, women's empowerment, women's rights or women's interest and welfare.
Registered in accordance with the prevailing law, affiliated to the Social Welfare Council and renewed annually.
It has been working subject to the minimum standards set by the Government of Nepal.

In the case of a person
(A) Curriculum Vitae / Passport size photo showing the educational qualification and work experience of the person.
(B) Higher educational degree, certificate of Nepali citizenship.
(C) Documents confirming work experience in the relevant field.
(D) Letter of recommendation from any organization working or affiliated. In the case of an intellectual working as an independent person (freelancer), a letter of recommendation from the organization is not required
In the case of an organization
Institution Registration and Renewal Certificate, Permanent Account Number (PAN), Tax Payment Certificate,
Brief description of the organization, opening documents (profile, brochure, booklet, etc.),
Audit report of previous financial year,
The nature of the work of the organization and the details of the services provided by the organization and the progress of the last 5 years,
List of directors, office bearers and resource persons affiliated to the organization.
