Interaction program on "Good Practices for Prevention of Gender Based Violence and Access to Justice" between Judicial Committee and officials in Siraha District.

The National Commission for Women (NCW) under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Member Jaya Ghimire had organized an interaction program on "Good Practices in Prevention of Gender Based Violence and Access to Justice" between the Judicial Committee and the officials in Siraha District on November 29, 2008. The program was attended by more than 10 Deputy Chiefs, Vice-Chairmen, Judicial Committee members, Chief District Officers, Chiefs of Police, District Coordinating Officers, heads and representatives of government bodies and representatives of non-governmental organizations. The chief guest of the program was Hon'ble Member of State Assembly. Deputy Chief of the District Coordination Committee Saroj Yadav was the special guest of the program.
