Shree Sanatan Dharma University located in Dogadakedar village municipality ward no. 7 of Baitadi district. Inquiries and on-site observations have been made with the headmaster and teachers-staff, district government prosecutor, doctors of the district hospital and others. The perpetrator could not be identified while studying the incident details and postmortem report till 2077-10-29.
It has been confirmed that a girl who went to school from her house in the morning was raped and killed. This incident is highly reprehensible, tragic and reprehensible.
